We will do our very best to resolve your concerns straight away, but in some
circumstances we made need more time to investigate your complaint.
If this is the case, we will acknowledge your complaint by post, fax or email
no later than by close of business on our next working day and will provide
you with details of our Complaints Procedure. You or we may we refer your
complaint to your Insurer. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled
to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for an
independent decision in addition to any other action you may subsequently
wish to take.
Our Complaints Procedure will include all appropriate Financial Ombudsman
Service (FOS) contact details or if you prefer you may visit the FOS
If you purchase your insurance online and are unhappy with the product or
service received, you can use the European Commission Online Dispute
Resolution (ODR) Service to make a complaint. To visit the ODR service
