About Nautical
Basic Policy Cover
Quotation Request

Our Underwriters will ask for personal details about you and others to be insured, as well as details of and relating to the use of the vessel when assessing or accepting a request for insurance.

It is very important that you are aware of your duty to take reasonable care not to provide misleading or false information for the purpose of obtaining insurance, and that if you do so, it may invalidate the cover and could mean that part or all of any claim may not be paid

You must:

*   take reasonable care not to provide false or misleading information.

*   take reasonable care to provide clear answers to questions

*   not deliberately provide false information, or fail to provide information you know to be relevant, as this may invalidate the insurance and could mean that part of any claim, or the entire claim may not be paid.

If you are unsure whether a matter is relevant to the policy, please ask us and we will be happy to help you.
